Room Order Process
If the guest is inhouse /Checked In then only we can take Room service or room order .
Instruction :
Go to dashboard New order and then click on room order and chose the room number on (+)Icon.
Room Order cancel /Room Order shift /Room Order Swap
Once room order is taken go to the order list and will get the cancellation option in the action button.
- In the Action button there is an option from where we can Cancel.
- The yellow mark is showing from where we can confirm the order once order is confirmed after that order cannot be canceled .
- The Red color marked will take to the details page from where Order can be Cancelled and confirmed and If Mistakenly order is taken to a particular room by clicking on Change room number it can be shifted to another room number and Also invoice can be printed .
- Once Room Order is Confirmed it will move to the Front office payment section ,Front office need to settle the amount.
- If Room Order is mistakenly taken to a particular room and from one room to another room if you want to shift click on Prop Ref Id- or in action button details page there option op room change the click on room then chose the other room then confirm at the time of changing room number ,the room order should be in Confirmed status.

KOT
- After confirming Room order KOT Option will be shown and can be printed from there.
- After confirming the order KOT Option will be shown and can be printed.
- In the details page there is a menu individually KOT can be managed by clicking on pencil sign or if you want to give any discount on total amount then can be done on clicking on edited amount.
- Also there is KOT Tab go to KOT tab and click on next/Drag to change Food status to Cooking,Ready to serve,Served.
- Then after taking the Payment Complete the order status.
- In the details After confirming order KOT Option will be shown
