Business Registration
Instruction:
Step 1: Open the browser and go to the web application of Book one (https://bookonelocal.in/#/registration).
Step 2 –Enter the Business Registration email address and password and then confirm the password then click Next.
Create Your Business Profile
Step 3-Enter all the Business Details information which has been asked.
Step 4– Enter the Business Manager Details
Step 5-Enter the Business Address
Step 6– Then the Complete profile will show the details which we have filled up. and after submitting the profile we will get the Recaptcha for verification then submit it.
Step 7– Click on link https://app.bookonelocal.in/#/sessions/signin
And then enter the email address and password which we have created /registered.
For Example:- Email – vishalsorchard@gmail.com
Password-Pass@1234
Step-8 Once we sign in we will get the option to Set up Business Details.
Step 9– Enter the property Address and Manager details
Step 10-Occupancy/Pricing
These details are for the whole business or property. [ (*) mark means the mandatory field ]
1. Minimum Occupancy* [It will always be “1”]
2. Maximum Occupancy*[Total how many people max can stay in this whole property ]
3. Price Per Night*[Total how much will cost if someone books the whole property for 24hours]
4. Price Per Week* [Multiply 7 with Price Per Night amount]
5. Price Per Fortnight* [Multiply 15 with Price Per Night amount]
6. Price Per Month* [Multiply 30 with Price Per Night amount]
For Example- For two room types the pricing are given below:-
Suite room-1500
Deluxe Room -1000
Extra Person Charges-200
Suite room is having 5 rooms=1500*5=7500
Deluxe room is having 4 rooms=1000*4=4000
Extra Person charges-200*9 Rooms
So add both the room type Amount 7500+4000+1800=13,300
So per Night Price is 13300
Seven nights price will be 13300*7=93100
15 days price will be 13300*15=199500
30 Days Price will be 13300*30=399,000
Step 11– Logo Page
Upload the business logo or image which symbolizes that business. The image ratio will be 300*300 or 400*400. This is a mandatory step.
Step 12– Subscription:
If an accommodation type of business wants The HotelMate presence or Website Booking Engine only then select or add below subscription option:
1. Booking Management
2. Revenue Management
3. Business Setup
Or, If an accommodation type of business wants the whole PMS system [with The HotelMate, Channel Manager, and Website Booking Engine] then select and add below subscription option:
1. Hotel Website 2. Booking Engine
3. Booking Management 4. Guest Management
5. Channel Management 6.Revenue Management
7. Analytics 8.Mobile App
9. Room Management 10.Multi UserMulti-User Setup

Step 13- Then click on Finish. and log out and again Login by using the same credentials.
Step 14– Room Onboarding(Accommodation Business):
Room Type Setup

1. Name of The Room Type*
2. Description [It is better to practice to fill up the “Description” or Select “Facility” or input both fields]*
3.No of Room* [How many rooms will be available under that room type]
4. Room Price* [Room only price]
5. Minimum Occupancy* [Min how many people can stay costing that “Room Price” mentioned above]
6. Maximum Occupancy* [Total how many people can accommodate in that room type ]
7. Select Facility [It is better to practice to fill up the “Description” or Select “Facility” or input both fields]*
Room Setup:
[ (*) mark means the mandatory field ]
1. Select Room Type*
2. Choose Floor* [in which floor that room belongs]
3. Room No* [Number of that room, unique]
4. Description [If that room type already has some description then that description will auto-populate here]
5.No of Bed* [How many beds can be adjusted or arranged there]
6. Bed Type* [What kind of bed, like type of size of the bed(s)]
7. Bed Description
One by one set up all the rooms belong to a particular type.
Room Image:
Upload room images here, this is not mandatory but it is good practice to upload room images and also can upload room images later. The room image ratio will be 680*460 or 680*453.
After completing all room types set up, log out from the portal to finish the room onboarding part.
Yearly Generate
Step 15 – Yearly Generate
Once again login to a new tab Following all onboarding processes, Yearly generates business details setup, room inventory setup, room plan creation- update & service setup has to be done. These setups are followed in PMS Documentation.
After login go to manage Property three dots and click on yeary generate
How to Create Inventory
Then go to the Room types and details page and then click on Rates and availability
Add Inventory for 1 year -we have to create it for 3 month months then again 3 months.
Plan Creation
Then go Room type then details and select plan then create Plan
Tax Set-Up
Step 15- Go to Business Profile
Set up the tax Details For reference In the attached image you can to t set up the Tax.
i.Tax Type:
Tax type selection will depend on the property/business and how they have set up their tax. It can be set up as only GST or it can be set up like segregation of GST as CGST, IGST, SGST. In the segregation of GST set up, businesses charge any two of them depending on the guest’s location of arrival and purpose of visit.
Service Management
- In the Dashboard Go to service Management Tab then there is the option of adding a new service type select accommodation new service will be created in that tab again. Tax set again will be done as shown above and Business hours time will be set up.
- In the Service management Hotels’ Hotels’Rules and policies will be uploaded.
Google Mapping

Then set up the Latitude and longitude, go to Google Map and find the property in the search bar and zoom the property in the down click below you will get latitude and longitude -the 1st one is latitude and 2nd longitude.
Google Place Id
Then Find the Google Place Id-Go to the new tab and search Google place id in a search bar select the address or type address google place id will show. The google place id is given below.

Step 16– Go to Service Management select Accommodation then Create it, then open that accommodation and enter the Gst slab and set it up the way it has been done.
Step 17– Go to Service Management to add rules and policy
♦ Once Onboarding is done-Go to Booking Management and check whether the booking is happening or not.
